Challange: Run every day this week

I challenge all of you to make an extra effort this week by taking a 30-45 minute run starting Sunday. If you are reading this later in the week then start your seven day challenge then. If you have a watch that counts calories then run until you have burned 250 calories and then head home for the remaining 250. Continue to do your normal routine at the gym.

If you are going to participate then  post it below.  Every day that you run mark 1, 2, 3, and so on.  Also leave other comments.

Byron Keelin’s Sky Diving Adventure

For those of you who know Byron keelin, this is him falling from the sky. For some reason he thought it would be a good idea to jump from a plane. About 2 weeks ago Byron said to me “I need to drop 12 pounds in two weeks so I can sky dive. Byron has been struggling with his diet and has not lost much weight in recent months but because he had a date in mind he buckled down and succeeded! WAY TO GO BYRON! If your out there Byron please send me a longer video should you have it.

Shopping Spree-James Reedy

Personal Training at its fun and finniest moments. James and I (Michael Bluestone Personal Trainer) were partaking in an outdoor personal training session in Fenton, MO which is within St. Louis county. We began with a jog in the park and a few step ups on a park bench with dumbbells as well as jumping rope. After that we proceeded to sprint up a hill/cliff (very steep hill). Half way up the hill I noticed a shopping cart will all four wheels. I pulled the cart to the top of the hill onto the parking lot, sat in it and had james pushing me around in 3 very large circles and then we proceeded through the plaza. I always carry my camer on my waist to chart progress with all clients so I used the video feature, had I enough battery life I would have filmed more.
