Challange: Run every day this week

I challenge all of you to make an extra effort this week by taking a 30-45 minute run starting Sunday. If you are reading this later in the week then start your seven day challenge then. If you have a watch that counts calories then run until you have burned 250 calories and then head home for the remaining 250. Continue to do your normal routine at the gym.
If you are going to participate then post it below. Every day that you run mark 1, 2, 3, and so on. Also leave other comments.

We have people coming over. I can walk fast and can build up to running. I would LOVE to be able to run! You never see any fat dedicated runners!
