Todd and I are always forced to eat out when visiting family or even when family visits us. We have mastered eating out and staying within our calorie budgets. We choose restaurants that have online nutritional information and decide what we are eating before we even leave the house. If the restaurant changes last minute? That’s what iPhones are for. If we are going to a restaurant that does not post nutritional info online, I always order the grilled chicken with a salad, dressing on the side. I can even eat at Culver’s! I get a grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad – I ask for a fork and knife and eat the chicken by itself, no bread.

Just thought I would share. :)
