Trainer & Educator
My name is Mike Bluestone and I am the author of this St. Louis fitness blog known as Mission Possible Disease Prevention. I am a resident of St. Louis MO who conducts both personal training and group training/boot camps at Gold’s Gym in Fenton. My specialty is weight loss and I base my fitness programs on educating the client.
Exercise Education
My exercise education begins with the proper application of cardio respiratory training using the three heart rate training zones which correspond to my professionally designed interval training cardio routines.
- Did you know that an effective cardiorespiratory training program has low, medium, and high intensity training days?
- Do you know how to align them in a progressive manner?
Review my cardiorespiratory exercise education program.
To effectively implement a successful resistance training program one must offset the bodies’ remarkable ability to adapt to frequently imposed demands. I make it a priority to offset every adaptation safely and effectively while maintaining a high intensity workout. Resistance training cannot be learned “over night;” but the theory and program design can and you can find that information at weight training program design which is a “clickable” link.
Trainer Tip: Any personal trainer can give a challenging workout but few can supply the adequate support and nutritional mentoring necessary to lose weight. DO NOT hesitate with questions because my answers are free!
